    The Whitewright Public Library has been awarded a grant by the Tocker Foundation, which focuses on small, rural, Texas libraries serving populations of 12,000 or less. This funding will allow WPL to purchase new books to add to the library's collection.

  • Assistant Librarian position open

    Part-time, 20 hours per week, generally in the afternoon. Some flexibility is necessary in order to operate the library if other staff or volunteers are unavailable to cover scheduled library hours. Starting wage is $8/hour.
