Summer Reading Begins July 5th

Whitewright Public Library will be offering a Summer Reading Program on Wednesdays at 2 p.m. during the month of July.

July 5 – Recycle CDs and buttons into a Snazzy Snail. You can bring your own CD and buttons if you want, but the library will provide a selection.

July 12 – Turn jelly beans, oil, flour, and water into fun science experiments you can do at home.

July 19 – Visit with the Fire Department to learn about fire safety.

July 26 – Game Day!

Reading, activities, and a free book to keep each week! Program is for toddler through middle school age. We plan to have a volunteer Spanish translator on hand to help with bilingual stories and activities.
