The Whitewright Public Library will be hosting a book sale on Friday, October 13^th from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday, October 14^th, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Whitewright Area Chamber of Commerce’s Community Wide Garage Sale will be on the same dates from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., so be sure to include the library’s sale in your route.

The sale will be at 111 W. Grand Street (next door to the Chamber of Commerce), with a huge selection of books, DVDs, and more. Items are $1 each on Friday, with a clearance sale of $5 a bag on Saturday. All proceeds benefit the Whitewright Public Library.

Donations of items in good condition are welcome, but the library’s storage space is full. We can take in donations for the sale at 111 W. Grand Street on Monday through Wednesday before the sale. Please call before you bring a large donation.
