Whitewright Public Library


The Library will be closed to the public to support the extraordinary efforts of our local, state, and national leaders to slow the spread of the coronavirus in our community.

We’re closed, but we’re still here to help! Call 903-364-2955 or email Library staff will be available from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day. We will not be open until 7 p.m. on Thursday until further notice.

You can place holds online or by phone. Upon arrival at the library, call 903-364-2955 and we’ll bring your materials out to your vehicle, or you can ring the video doorbell for assistance.

The digital library is available 24/7. If you don’t have a card, you can apply online. Staff will enter your information and email your login information to you. Have a card but forgot your number or need to renew? Contact the library by phone or by email if you need assistance.

Wifi is on 24/7, and is accessible outside the building.

We will continue to monitor the situation as it rapidly changes. Updates will be posted to the Library's web page and social media.
